Derry City 0-7 Glentoran Women

Glentoran Women reinforced their position at the top of the Danske Bank Women's Premiership with a seven goal win over Derry City at the Ryan McBride Brandywell Stadium this evening.

Tonight's scoring was led by an Alison McMaster hat trick with others from Shannon Dunne against her former club, Nadene Caldwell, Rachel Rogan and Kerry Beattie,

This brings the Glens' aggregate to 48 goals without reply in their last seven league and cup games.

Beattie opened the scoring in the third minute before Rogan doubled the lead 12 minutes later and Dunne added a third after the break.

McMaster the netted an 11-minute hat-trick for the Glens in a spell where Caldwell also found the net to seal the points.

Billy Clarke’s side remain four points clear of Cliftonville at the top, although the Reds have two games in hand.
