Glentoran climbed to 3rd place in the Danske Bank Premiership with a second away victory at Warrenpoint Town in the space of 10 days. It was a tough game on a difficult surface but Glentoran's fitness and quality was key to taking all 3 points.

This craziest of seasons throws up another of its peculiarities tomorrow evening when – having played Glenavon twice in the past week – we travel to Warrenpoint for the second time in ten days. This time the fixture list is not to blame as the past two Tuesdays have been the result of weather postponements in January and February.
The club is delighted to formally announce that one of our top young prospects – Aaron Wightman – has signed his first professional contract with the club.
Midfielder Aaron – who has just turned seventeen and lives in Newtownards – has been with the club since he was six years old. He has been a member of our all-conquering Year 2004 “Dream Team.
Glentoran fought back from going a goal behind to record a 3-1 victory at the Oval this afternoon in the Danske Bank Premiership with Dale Gorman scoring in between two goals from Jay Donnelly.

Tomorrow, we have an immediate opportunity to bounce back after Tuesday night’s unexpected defeat at Mourneview, when Glenavon travel to the Oval for the second time this season.
Glenavon had enjoyed a good recent record at the Oval prior to last season, recording 3 wins and 2 draws since we had beaten them 2-0 in November 2015 - Jonathan Smith and Steven Gordon the scorers on that occasion.
Glentoran FC are delighted to announce the appointment of NIKE as the club’s new kit supplier for all teams commencing June 2021. The relationship will be managed by former Glentoran player Chris Morgan, owner of Clubsport NI.
