New signing Darren Boyce opened the scoring on 32 minutes from the penalty spot after a foul on Jim O'Hanlon.
Bangor equalised at the start of the second half (47th minute) after an Elliott Morris own goal. Jim O'Hanlon (52) and Martin Murray (66) completed the scoring.
Matty Burrows missed a 70th minute penalty.
