By
donating just £10 per month and joining
the Foundation, you and fellow Glentoran supporters
can help in the maintenance and development
of the club. Like all football teams we are
experiencing financial tough times that include
spiraling running costs. By joining the Foundation
you will be making a voluntary contribution
to exclusively offsetting such costs.
Every
penny raised by the Foundation will go towards
paying Insurance, rates and electrical charges,
etc. which are essential needs in the day
to day running of the club. These costs are
increasing annually to over £150,000
and put great strain on our limited resources.
Since
the Foundation started in June 2004 it has
donated £57,468
(as of Oct 2007) to Glentoran FC and aims to
increase donations up to £30,000 per year.
As
supporters we can join together and each donate
a small amount of money to ensure that Glentoran
are the Number One Club in Ireland.
